Scan Vision
ScanVision is a virtual digitizer for scanning leather hides. It works like a normal digitising table, but it is much faster and more precise. After the operator has marked faults and quality zones on the hide, ScanVision gets its digital image through the cameras, saves it for a future use and prints a barcode to apply to the hide. The software can automatically calculate the exact area of the hide, allowing a double-checking with the measure indicated by the supplier, for a better control of the costs.
