Aristomat TL

ARISTOMAT TL is particularly indicated for the cutting of flat gaskets, cartons, plastic laminates, coated PVC, carpets and other technical materials and textiles.

With the presentation of the Aristomat TL 1617, ARISTO sets even higher standards on automatic production of flat gasket materials. The newly designed cutting table impresses with its clear design and concentration on the essentials: a work surface, which is accessible from all sides, extremely robust crossbar with minimal overhang at the sides. At the same time the modern technologies remain unseen: strong AC-servomotors enable high throughput and the revolutionary CAN-Bus-steering technology reduces the number of mechanical parts. The flawless vacuum technique with 16 electronically geared zones, holds even small remaining bits of material firmly on the work surface.

The new uniaxial tool head MultiHead IV is a special development in digital die cutting. It tangential knife oscillates more powerfully than before and cuts hard and soft gasket material precisely and quickly. Then there are two tool holders, which can mount drag knives, circular blades, creasing wheels and punches. A marking tool selects different pens to mark the processed pieces. The well-known laser pointer is, of course, also integrated. It can also, as a future option, be supplemented by a camera.

The intuitive CutterControlPanel Software provides completely new possibilities of user handling. The user has all information on cutting data on the PC-screen and controls all processing functions comfortably by mouse-click. Essential functions such as manual control or setting of origin can be carried out from any point of the cutter by means of a mobile control pad.

For the cutting of harder or thicker materials, the machine can be optionally equipped with the newly developed routing device.
